A number of reports from ratifying countries were examined by the ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations in 1999, and the comments it has made are contained in its annual report published in March 2000.

In 2009, the ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations requested the Government to amend the draft Labour Code to ensure adequate protection for members of trade unions and their officers against acts of anti-union discrimination.
4- وفي عام 2009، طلبت لجنة الخبراء المعنية بتطبيق الاتفاقيات والتوصيات والتابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية إلى الحكومة تعديل مشروع قانون العمل لضمان توفير الحماية المناسبة لأعضاء نقابات العمال وموظفيها من أفعال التمييز ضد النقابات(17).

At the 102nd session of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Committee on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations in June 2013, Belarus was again urged to take the necessary measure to amend Presidential Decree No. 2 to remove the obstacles to trade union registration, and had already proposed revoking the 10 per cent membership requirement for the establishment of a union at the enterprise level.
