As a result of this project public commissions of Equal Opportunities for Women and Men were established in ten pilot Lithuanian municipalities. The commissions composed of representatives of municipalities, labour market institutions, NGOs and social partners will seek to ensure practical implementation of the objectives and priorities of the National Programme on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men on a regional level.
