15. Urges Governments to address fully the question of the human rights of persons with disabilities in complying with their reporting obligations under the relevant United Nations human rights instruments and welcomes the efforts of those Governments that have begun to do so;
15- تحث الحكومات على أن تتناول بالكامل مسألة حقوق الإنسان للمعوقين لدى امتثالها للالتزامات المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بمقتضى صكوك الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان المتصلة بهذا الموضوع، وترحب بجهود الحكومات التي بدأت تطبق ذلك؛

Individuals everywhere should interest themselves actively in the efforts of Governments and organizations to promote development and food security. The concern of individuals creates the ground swell of support needed by non-governmental organizations.
ويجب أن يهتم اﻷفراد في كل مكان اهتماما ايجابيا بجهود الحكومات والمنظمات من أجل تعزيز التنمية واﻷمن الغذائي، إذ أن اهتمام اﻷفراد هو الذي يخلق موجة الدعم الصاعدة من القاعدة التي تحتاج إليها المنظمات غير الحكومية.

Welcoming in particular the efforts of Governments, United Nations bodies and agencies and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to address the problem of trafficking in persons, especially women and children, including at the national, subregional and regional levels,

14. Reaffirms the need to adopt policies and undertake measures to reduce the cost of the transfer of migrant remittances to developing countries, and welcomes the efforts of Governments and stakeholders in this regard;
14 - تؤكد من جديد الحاجة إلى اعتماد سياسات واتخاذ تدابير لخفض تكلفة نقل تحويلات المهاجرين إلى البلدان النامية، وترحب بجهود الحكومات وأصحاب المصلحة في هذا الصدد؛

14. Reaffirms the need to adopt policies and undertake measures to reduce the cost of the transfer of migrant remittances to developing countries and welcomes efforts of Governments and stakeholders in this regard;
14 - تؤكد من جديد الحاجة إلى اعتماد سياسات واتخاذ تدابير لخفض تكلفة نقل تحويلات المهاجرين إلى البلدان النامية، وترحب بجهود الحكومات وأصحاب المصلحة في هذا الصدد؛

(a) Recognize the efforts of Governments and United Nations organizations as well as major groups that have increased major group involvement in the inter-sessional meetings;
)أ( أن تعترف بجهود الحكومات ومنظمات اﻷمم المتحدة وبجهود المجموعات الرئيسية التي التي أدت الى زيادة اشتراك المجموعات الرئيسية في الاجتماعات التي تعقد بين الدورات؛

5 - وباسم السيد شتاينر أشاد السيد كانتي بجهود الحكومات الحاضرة في تطبيق الاتفاقية منذ بدء نفاذها.

Urges Governments to address fully, in consultation with, inter alia, national human rights institutions and organizations of persons with disabilities, the rights of persons with disabilities when fulfilling their reporting obligations under the relevant United Nations human rights instruments, and welcomes the efforts of those Governments that have begun to do so;
8- يحث الحكومات على أن تتناول بالكامل، بالتشاور مع جهات منها المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، مسألة حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لدى امتثالها للالتزامات المتعلقة بتقديم التقارير بمقتضى صكوك الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة، ويرحب بجهود الحكومات التي بدأت تفعل ذلك؛
