Further to my letters dated 1, 5, 7, 12 and 14 September 2000 (A/55/345 and Add.1-4), I have the honour to inform you that Sierra Leone has made the necessary payment to reduce its arrears below the amount specified in Article 19 of the Charter.

Further to my letters dated 1, 5, 7, 12, 14, 19 September and 2 October 2000 (A/55/345 and Add.1-6), I have the honour to inform you that Chad has made the necessary payment to reduce its arrears below the amount specified in Article 19 of the Charter.

Following my letters dated 16-20 and 23 and 24 April 2012, and upon instruction from my Government, I have the honour to attach herewith a detailed list of violations of the plan for cessation of violence that were committed by armed groups in Syria on 23 April 2012 (see annex).
إلحاقا برسائلي المؤرخة 16 و 17 و 18 و 19 و 20 و 23 و 24 نيسان/أبريل 2012، وبناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، يشرفني أن أرفق طيه قائمة تفصيلية بانتهاكات خطة وقف العنف التي ارتكبتها مجموعات مسلحة في سورية، في 23 نيسان/أبريل 2012 (انظر المرفق).

Upon instructions from my Government, and following my letters dated 16-20 and 23-25 April and 7, 11 and 14 May 2012, I have the honour to attach herewith a detailed list of violations of the plan for cessation of violence committed by armed groups in Syria on 9 May 2012 (see annex).
