Finally, the question of UNCTAD's resource base should be given serious thought so as to enable it to fulfil its mandate and respond fully to the needs of developing countries.
وأخيراً ينبغي التفكير ملياً في مسألة قاعدة الموارد في الأونكتاد بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته والاستجابة استجابة كاملة لحاجات البلدان النامية.

“6. Urges also all Member States to provide financial, logistical and other assistance in support of the Economic Community of West African States Monitoring Group to enable it to carry out its mandate, particularly with respect to encampment and disarmament of the Liberian factions;

18. The Commission invites the General Assembly to give due attention to, and to take appropriate action on, the report of the Secretary-General to strengthen ODCCP to enable it to carry out its mandate approved by the General Assembly.
18 - وتدعو اللجنة الجمعية العامة إلى إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لتقرير الأمين العام عن تعزيز مكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة، وإلى اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة في هذا الشأن.

9- تدعو كافة الحكومات إلى التعاون على نحو كامل مع المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعصب الديني وإلى الاستجابة على نحو مؤات للطلبات المقدمة من المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها وإلى النظر جدِّيا في دعوته إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية؛

8. Urges all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur and to respond favourably to his request to visit their countries so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively, and in this context welcomes the initiatives of Governments to collaborate with the Special Rapporteur;
8- تحث كافة الحكومات على التعاون الكامل مع المقرر الخاص، والاستجابة لطلبه زيارة بلدانها، بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية، وترحب في هذا السياق بمبادرات الحكومات الرامية إلى التعاون مع المقرر الخاص؛

He would like to point out that the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 2000/33, again calls upon all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, to respond favourably to requests from the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries and to give serious consideration to inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively.
ويود المقرر الخاص أن يشير مجددا إلى أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2000/33، دعت كافة الحكومات إلى التعاون على نحو كامل مع المقرر الخاص وإلى الاستجابة على نحـو مـؤات للطلبات المقدمة من المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها وإلى النظر جديا في دعوته إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية.

Reiterating his desire for cooperation and dialogue, the Special Rapporteur draws attention to resolution 2002/40 by which the Commission on Human Rights calls upon all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, to respond favourably to his requests to visit their countries and to give serious consideration to inviting him to visit so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively.
