It is understood that a State will do so in compliance with its international obligations flowing from intellectual property law treaties (such as various conventions administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) or the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement)), as provided in those treaties.
