10. Some delegations reminded that according to the United Nations General Assembly resolution 63/36 the Conference on Disarmament should, without prejudice to further overview of its agenda, keep the matter under review, as appropriate, with a view to making, when necessary, recommendations on undertaking specific negotiations on identified types of such weapons.

1. Recognizing United Nations General Assembly resolution 60/30, which established the institutional framework for the assessment of assessments, and its paragraphs 93 and 94, pertaining to the functions of the Ad Hoc Steering Group and the activities to be carried out by the lead agencies;

In line with United Nations General Assembly resolution A/57/278, UNHCR has undertaken two major studies pertaining to governance structures, principles and accountability.

The Committee recommends that the State party undertake the following measures, taking into account the Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children annexed to United Nations General Assembly resolution 64/142 of 18 December 2009:

48. In light of the Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children annexed to the United Nations General Assembly resolution 64/142, the Committee recommends that the State party:
