The annual compilation and accounting of emissions inventories and assigned amounts shall occur for each Annex I Party after its individual inventory and assigned amount reviews have been completed and after resolution of any compliance-related matters which affect the inventory and assigned amounts.
92- تجري عملية التجميع والمحاسبة السنوية المتعلقة بقوائم جرد الانبعاثات والكميات المخصصة بالنسبة لكل طرف من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بعد إتمام استعراض فرادى قوائم الجرد والكميات المخصصة له، وبعد حل أية مسألة تتصل بالامتثال وتؤثر على قوائم الجرد والكميات المخصصة.

For each Annex I Party, a report on the annual compilation and accounting of emissions inventories and assigned amounts shall be produced and forwarded to [the COP/MOP and the compliance committee] and the Party concerned.
101- يعد تقرير خاص بكل طرف من الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول عن عملية التجميع والمحاسبة السنوية المتعلقة بقوائم جرد الانبعاثات والكميات المخصصة ويرسل إلى ]مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في البروتوكول واللجنة المعنية بالامتثال[ وإلى الطرف المعني.
