39. The Committee notes with concern the high number of deaths of Tajik migrant workers in the main countries of employment, especially in the Russian Federation, reportedly caused by illness, accidents or homicide.
39- وتلاحظ اللجنة مع القلق ارتفاع عدد الوفيات في صفوف العمال المهاجرين الطاجيكيين في أهم بلدان الاستخدام ولا سيما الاتحاد الروسي، حيث تفيد التقارير أن ذلك يحدث بسبب المرض أو الإصابة أو القتل.

However, it remains concerned about reports that Tajik migrant workers employed through licensed private recruitment agencies are often subjected to forced labour and servitude in countries of employment.
ومع ذلك، تزال اللجنة تشعر بالقلق إزاء التقارير التي تفيد بأن العمال المهاجرين الطاجيكيين الذين يتم استخدامهم من خلال وكالات استخدام خاصة مرخص لها غالباً ما يتعرضون للعمل القسري والاستعباد في بلدان الاستخدام.

44. The Committee recommends that the State party closely monitor and investigate private recruitment agencies which are involved in cases where Tajik migrant workers are subjected to forced labour or servitude in countries of employment.
44- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف برصد أنشطة وكالات الاستخدام الخاصة المتورطة في حالات يخضع فيها العمال المهاجرون الطاجيكيون للعمل الإجباري أو الاستعباد في بلدان الاستخدام بشكل وثيق والتحقيق فيها.

It urges the State party to prosecute the responsible staff of such agencies under the crime of human trafficking and to cooperate with the authorities of countries of employment in order to facilitate the return of Tajik migrants who are victims of such practices.
وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مقاضاة الموظفين المسؤولين في مثل هذه الوكالات بموجب جريمة الاتجار بالبشر والتعاون مع سلطات بلدان الاستخدام بغية تيسير عودة المهاجرين الطاجيكيين الذين يقعون ضحية مثل هذه الممارسات.

32- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالنظر في زيادة الموارد المالية والبشرية للمكاتب الإقليمية لدائرة الهجرة وتنظيم دورات تدريبية للعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم بشأن قوانين وممارسات الاستخدام في بلدان الاستخدام.

(c) The lack of information concerning other administrative, judicial and other remedies available to migrant workers and members of their families in the State party, as well as information on cooperation with countries of origin and existing remedies in countries of employment.
