وبغية تقييم طلبات اللجوء المقدمة من الأطفال تقييماً جيداً، ينبغي أن يشكل جمع المعلومات بشأن حالة الأطفال، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى الأقليات أو الفئات المهمشة، جزءاً من الجهود التي تبذلها الحكومات بغية جمع المعلومات بشأن البلد المنشأ للطفل.

(b) Ensure that the Youth Parliament is representative of all sectors of the State party's child population, including children from distinct ethnic, religious, linguistic or cultural groups.
(ب) كفالة أن يكون برلمان الشباب ممثلاً لجميع قطاع السكان من الأطفال في الدولة الطرف، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى مجموعات عرقية أو دينية أو لغوية أو ثقافية مميزة.

445. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that articles 28 and 29 of the Convention are fully implemented for all children throughout the country, including children belonging to the most vulnerable groups such as Roma children.
445- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لضمان تنفيذ مضمون المادتين 28 و29 من الاتفاقية تنفيذاً تاماً يشمل جميع الأطفال في أرجاء البلد كافة، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى أضعف الفئات، مثل أطفال الروما.

474. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to ensure that the general principle of the best interests of the child is understood, appropriately integrated and implemented in all legal provisions as well as in judicial and administrative decisions and in projects, programmes and services which have impact on children, including children belonging to vulnerable groups.
474- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها لضمان فهم المبدأ العام المتمثل في مصالح الطفل الفضلى وإدراجه وتنفيذه بالشكل الملائم في جميع الأحكام القانونية، وكذلك في القرارات القضائية والإدارية وفي المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها تأثير على الأطفال بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى الفئات الضعيفة.

(b) Ensure that its programmes address the situation of discrimination against children in marginalized and disadvantaged situations, including children belonging to ethnic and religious minority groups, Roma children, children living in poverty, children with malignant or rare diseases and foreign children.
(ب) ضمان أن تتناول برامجها مسألة التمييز ضد الأطفال المهمّشين والمحرومين، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى الأقليات الإثنية والدينية وأطفال الروما والأطفال الفقراء والأطفال المصابون بأمراض نادرة أو أورام خبيثة والأطفال الأجانب.

(b) Combat harmful practices that amount to the sale of children, paying particular attention to groups of children who are in the most vulnerable situations, including children belonging to the Muslim community of Thrace, and ensure that they have access to health, social services and quality education;
(ب) مكافحة الممارسات الضارة التي تصل إلى بيع الأطفال مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لفئات الأطفال التي تعيش أشد الحالات ضعفاً بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون للمجتمع المسلم في تراقيا، وضمان إمكانية حصولهم على الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية والتعليم الجيد النوعية؛

It recommends that the State party develop a comprehensive system for collecting disaggregated data, in order to gather all necessary information on the situation of children in the various areas covered by the Convention, including children belonging to vulnerable groups, as a basis for assessing progress achieved in the realization of children’s rights and to help design policies for better implementation of the provisions of the Convention.
وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنشئ الدولة الطرف نظاماً شاملاً لجمع البيانات المفصّلة وذلك بغية تجميع كافة المعلومات الضرورية عن حالة الأطفال في شتى المجالات المشمولة بالاتفاقية، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون للفئات الضعيفة، كأساس لتقييم التقدم المحرز في إعمال حقوق الأطفال والمساعدة على تصميم سياسات ترمي إلى تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية تنفيذاً أفضل.

The Committee further recommends that additional resources and improved capacities be employed to meet the needs of children with mental health problems throughout the country, with particular attention to those at greater risk, including children belonging to minority groups, children deprived of parental care, those living in poverty and those in conflict with the law.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف برصد موارد إضافية وتحسين القدرات المستخدمة لتلبية احتياجات الأطفال الذين يواجهون مشاكل تتعلق بالصحة العقلية في جميع أنحاء البلد، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للأطفال المعرضين لأخطار أكبر، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى فئات الأقليات، والأطفال المحرومون من الرعاية الأبوية، والأطفال الذين يعيشون في ظل الفقر، والأطفال الذين يعيشون في أوضاع مخالفة للقانون.

Measures to prevent discrimination against the most disadvantaged groups of children, including children belonging to indigenous communities, Afro-Ecuadorean children, girl children, children with disabilities, children born out of wedlock, children in institutional care, and children living and/or working on the streets should be reinforced.
وينبغي تعزيز التدابير الرامية إلى منع التمييز ضد أكثر فئات الأطفال حرماناً، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى جماعات السكان الأصليين، والأطفال الاكوادوريون المتحدرون من أصل أفريقي، والبنات، والأطفال المعوقون، والأطفال المولودون خارج إطار الزوجية، والأطفال المودعون في رعاية مؤسسية، والأطفال الذين يعيشون و/أو يعملون في الشوارع.

(أ) أن تحرص على أن يُمثَّل في برلمان صغار السن جميع قطاعات السكان من الأطفال وأن يُكفَل لجميع الأطفال، بمن فيهم الأطفال المنتمون إلى مختلف الجماعات الإثنية أو الدينية أو اللغوية أو الثقافية، الحق في أن يُستَمع إليهم؛

(b) Ensure that education is de facto free of charge for all, and pay particular attention to the most vulnerable groups of children, including children from ethnic minority groups and migrant children. In doing so, inter alia, remove all indirect expenses and introduce educational support mechanisms for children from economically disadvantaged families;
