With regard to the freezing or seizure of property upon a foreign freezing or seizure order by a court or competent authority of a requesting State party (para. 2 (a)), Armenia, Azerbaijan and Serbia indicated full compliance.

In conformity with these provisions, article 595-2 of Morocco's Code of Criminal Procedure confers on the judicial authorities the power to order the freezing or seizure of funds suspected of being connected with the financing of terrorism.

Half of the reporting parties cited or quoted measures to permit national competent authorities to freeze or seize property upon a freezing or seizure order issued by a requesting State party (art. 54, subpara. 2 (a)), thus reporting full implementation of the provisions under review.
وذكر نصف الأطراف المبلغة، أو اقتبس من تدابير تسمح للسلطات المختصة المحلية بتجميد أو حجز الممتلكات بناء على أمر تجميد أو حجز صادر من دولة طرف طالبة (الفقرة 2(أ) من المادة 54)، مبلغا بالتالي عن التنفيذ الكامل للحكم موضع الاستعراض.

In two of these cases, measures to enable the tracing, freezing or seizure of proceeds or instrumentalities of crime for purposes of eventual confiscation (paragraph 2 of article 31) were also lacking.

The United Republic of Tanzania indicated partial implementation of measures to permit its competent authorities to give effect to orders of confiscation issued by courts of another State party (art. 54, subpara. 1 (a)) and to freeze or seize property upon request (art. 54, subpara. 2 (b)).
وأبلغت جمهورية تنزانيا المتحدة عن التنفيذ الجزئي لتدابير تسمح لسلطاتها المختصة بما يلي: (1) انفاذ أمر مصادرة صادر عن محكمة في دولة طرف أخرى (الفقرة 1(أ) من المادة 54)؛ و(2) تجميد أو حجز الممتلكات بناء على طلب (الفقرة 2(ب) من المادة 54).
