20- تطلب إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تزود المقرر الخاص بكل ما يحتاج إليه من مساعدة ودعم في سبيل الوفاء بولايته، بطرق منها التشجيع على التعاون بينه وبين غيره من الجهات في منظومة الأمم المتحدة التي تعنى بمكافحة الأنشطة المتصلة بالمرتزقة؛

35. Indigenous peoples are invited to provide the Special Rapporteur with any additional elements they may find of relevance in addressing indigenous people's educational needs, with particular reference to the situation of indigenous women and children.
35- إن الشعوب الأصلية مدعوة إلى أن تزود المقرر الخاص بأية عناصر إضافية قد تجد أنها ذات أهمية في تلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للشعوب الأصلية، مع الإشارة بصورة خاصة إلى وضع النساء والأطفال من السكان الأصليين.

Calls upon the Government of Myanmar to continue its cooperation with the next Special Rapporteur in the exercise of the mandate, including by facilitating further visits, while welcoming the cooperation of the Government with the Special Rapporteur, and calls upon the Office of the High Commissioner to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the assistance and resources necessary to enable him or her to discharge the mandate fully;

The Government could not provide the Special Rapporteur with an exact number of persons being held under the Emergency Law but other sources indicate that as many as thousands of persons might have been detained at a certain point of time under article 3 (1) of the Emergency Law.
