It is a common task of the international community to encourage all countries to accede both to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.
والمهمة المشتركة التي تقع على عاتق المجتمع الدولي تتمثل في تشجيع جميع البلدان على الانضمام إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية، ومعاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية.

The immediate objective has been to encourage all countries to adopt goals and take national actions, as appropriate, with the objective of identifying at-risk populations and ecosystems, and reducing anthropogenic mercury releases that have an impact on human health and the environment.

Noting the role of the Secretary-General in encouraging all countries to engage in a constructive dialogue for advancing development and in facilitating their efforts in that regard,

Noting the role of the Secretary-General in encouraging all countries to engage in a constructive dialogue for advancing development and in facilitating their efforts in that regard,
وإذ تلاحظ الدور الذي يقوم به اﻷمين العام في تشجيع جميع البلدان على الدخول في حوار بنﱠاء للنهوض بالتنمية، وفي تيسير ما تبذله من جهود في هذا الصدد،

The main objective of trade and environment policies is to encourage all countries to achieve trade in forest products from sustainably managed forests and to use this trade as an incentive for making the transition to sustainable forest management.
ويتمثل الغرض اﻷساسي من سياسات التجارة والتنمية في تشجيع جميع البلدان على الاتجار في المنتجات الحرجية المتأتية من غابات تدار بطريقة مستدامة واستخدام هذه التجارة حافزا للتحول الى اﻹدارة المستدامة للغابات.

(ii) encourage all countries to adopt and enforce laws, and improve the implementation of policies and programmes to protect children from all forms of violence, neglect, abuse and exploitation, whether at home, in school or other institutions, in the workplace, or in the community.
`2 ' تشجيع جميع البلدان على اعتماد وتطبيق القوانين التي تكفل حماية الطفل من جميع أشكال العنف والإهمال والإيذاء والاستغلال، سواء كان في المنزل أو المدرسة أو غيرها من المؤسسات، أو في مكان العمل، أو في المجتمع المحلي، وتحسين تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الرامية إلى ذلك.

(d) Also, to encourage all countries to contribute to the information sharing on methods of recording and retaining information on the use or abandonment of explosive ordnance.

8. The immediate objective is to encourage all countries to adopt goals and take national actions, with the objective of identifying exposed populations and ecosystems, and reducing anthropogenic mercury releases that impact human health and the environment.
8 - والهدف المباشر هو تشجيع جميع البلدان على اعتماد أهداف باتخاذ إجراءات وطنية بغية تحديد السكان والنظم الإيكولوجية المعرضة لتلوث الزئبق، والتقليل من إطلاق الزئبق من المصادر البشرية الذي يؤثر على صحة البشر وعلى البيئة.

(a) encourage all countries to consider, and if deemed necessary, implement additional measures to protect and control existing HEU stocks;

37. In conclusion, his delegation believed that the Secretary-General had an important role to play by encouraging all countries to engage in the dialogue and by facilitating their efforts.
٣٧ - وأنهى كلامه قائلا إن وفده يرى أن لﻷمين العام دورا مهما ينبغي أن يضطلع به وهو تشجيع جميع البلدان على المشاركة في الحوار وتيسير جهود هذه البلدان.
