(31) The State party should provide in its next periodic report detailed statistical data, disaggregated by offence, ethnic origin and gender on complaints of cases of torture and illtreatment as well as related investigations, prosecutions, and disciplinary and penal sanctions, and on the compensation and rehabilitation provided to the victims.
