4.3 Furthermore, the Committee considers that the author has failed to substantiate, for purposes of admissibility, how the alleged irregularities in his trial would constitute a violation of the right to a fair hearing under article 14 of the Covenant.

In the circumstances, the Committee considers that the author has failed to substantiate, for purposes of admissibility, that the conduct of the courts in the present case was arbitrary or amounted to denial of justice, and therefore declares his claims in relation to article 14, paragraphs 1 and 5, of the Covenant inadmissible under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.
