21. In relation to the coherence, efficiency and relevance of operational activities for development, all organizations of the United Nations system should improve their coordination in accordance with the relevant mandates and decisions of their governing bodies in order to avoid overlapping and duplication of tasks and to enhance their complementarity with national efforts.
21 - وواصل حديثه قائلاً إنه بالنسبة لتماسك الأنشطة التنفيذية من أجل التنمية وكفاءتها وانطباقها ينبغي أن تعمل جميع المنظمات في منظومة الأمم المتحدة على تحسين تنسيق تلك الأنشطة وفقاً للولايات والقرارات ذات الصلة لهيئاتها الحاكمة وذلك من أجل تفادي التداخل والازدواجية بالنسبة للمهام ولتعزيز تكاملها مع الجهود الوطنية.
