(c) The right to continued periodic payments of a retirement, early retirement, deferred retirement or disability benefit shall be forfeited if, for two years after a periodic payment has been due, the beneficiary has failed to submit payment instructions or has failed or refused to accept payment.
(ج) يسقط الحق في مدفوعات دورية متواصلة أو استحقاق تقاعد مبكر أو تقاعد مؤجل أو عجز إذا تخلف المستفيد مدة سنتين من تاريخ استحقاق في أي دفعة عن تقديم تعليمات بشأن الدفع أو تخلف عن قبول الدفع أو رفض قبوله.

4. 4. To clarify that elimination of the limitation on the right to restoration approved by the General Assembly in its resolution 61/240 and in effect since 1 April 2007 covered not only participants who had received a withdrawal settlement, but also those who before 1 April 2007 had elected or are deemed to have elected a deferred retirement benefit (full or partial), as long as no payments of their periodic deferred benefit had been made.
لتوضيح أن رفع القيود المفروضة على الحق في استرداد الخدمة الذي وافقت عليه الجمعية العامة في قرارها 61/240 والذي دخل حيز النفاذ منذ 1 نيسان/ أبريل 2007 لا يغطي المشتركين فحسب الذين تلقوا تسوية الانسحاب، بل يتجاوزهم ليشمل المشتركين الذين طلبوا قبل 1 نيسان/أبريل 2007، أو اعتبروا على أنهم طلبوا، استحقاق تقاعد مؤجل (كلي أو جزئي)، طالما لم تسدد أي دفعات من استحقاقهم المؤجل الدوري.

" A widow's benefit shall, ... be payable to the surviving female spouse of a participant who was entitled to a retirement, early retirement, deferred retirement or disability benefit at the date of his death, or who died in service, if she was married to him at the date of his death in service or, if he was separated prior to his death, she was married to him at the date of separation and remained married to him until his death. "
