16 - يهيب بسلطات جنوب السودان أن تكافح الإفلات من العقاب وتحاسب جميع مرتكبي انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك الانتهاكات التي ترتكبها الجماعات المسلحة غير المشروعة أو أفراد قوات أمن جنوب السودان؛

To express serious concern at persistent restrictions placed upon and obstructions to the movement and operations of UNMISS, to strongly condemn the attacks by government and opposition forces and other groups on United Nations personnel and facilities and to call upon the Government of South Sudan to complete its investigations of these attacks in a swift and thorough manner and hold those responsible to account.

10 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام كفالة الرصد الفعال لحقوق الإنسان وإدراج نتائج ذلك الرصد في تقاريره المقدمة إلى مجلس الأمن، ويهيب بحكومة السودان وحكومة جنوب السودان أن تتعاونا على نحو تام مع الأمين العام تحقيقا لهذه الغاية؛

12. Requests the SecretaryGeneral to ensure that effective human rights monitoring is carried out and the results included in his reports to the Security Council, and calls upon the Government of the Sudan and the Government of South Sudan to extend their full cooperation to the SecretaryGeneral to this end, including by issuing visas to the concerned United Nations personnel;
