130. Ecuador has signed and ratified most international instruments in the field of humanitarian law. The most important of these include: the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the two protocols of 1977; the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, of 1998; the Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict, of 1954, and its protocols of 1954 and 1999.

In addition to this, Morocco has signed most other human rights-related conventions, such as the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, and a set of protocols thereto, as well as the first and second protocols to the four Geneva Conventions, and the third [sic] protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
