104 - تشجع جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن يوطد الشراكات في مجال التنفيذ مع المنظمات المتعددة الأطراف الأخرى والجهات المعنية الأخرى العاملة في البلدان التي تمر بمرحلة الانتقال من الإغاثة إلى التنمية، وبخاصة البنك الدولي، حسب الاقتضاء؛

(j) Encourage the United Nations development system to strengthen operational partnerships with other multilateral organizations and other partners working in transition countries, particularly the World Bank.

In this regard, the General Assembly may wish to encourage the United Nations development system to take further measures to promote South-South and triangular cooperation in regular programme implementation at the country level, drawing on the vast experience of middleincome countries and other programme countries in the sharing of knowledge, technology transfer and fostering regional integration;
وفي هذا الصدد، قد ترغب الجمعية العامة في أن تشجِّع جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن يتخذ المزيد من التدابير الرامية إلى تشجيع التعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب والتعاون الثلاثي في مجال تنفيذ البرامج العادية على الصعيد الإقليمي، مع الاستفادة من الخبرات الواسعة لدى البلدان المتوسطة الدخل وغيرها من البلدان المستفيدة من البرامج، في مجالات التشارك في المعارف، ونقل التكنولوجيا، وتعزيز التكامل الإقليمي؛

21. Encourages the United Nations development system to foster a more inclusive approach to assisting developing countries in obtaining information about and better access to the expertise and services available within the system, in particular in non-resident agencies, and in that regard calls for the strengthening and effective use of arrangements such as system-wide knowledge management;
21 - يشجع جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن يعزز اتباع نهج أكثر شمولا لمساعدة البلدان النامية في الحصول على المعلومات عن الخبرات والخدمات المتاحة في إطار المنظومة وتحسين فرص الوصول إليها، وبخاصة في إطار الوكالات غير المقيمة، ويدعو في هذا الصدد إلى تعزيز الترتيبات التي من قبيل إدارة المعرفة على نطاق المنظومة وإلى استخدام تلك الترتيبات بفعالية؛

(d) Request the funds and programmes and encourage the specialized agencies and other entities of the United Nations development system to ensure system-wide interoperability of enterprise resource planning systems with the objective of providing an integrated platform for processing internal and external management information and supporting harmonized business processes and practices across the entire United Nations development system by 2016.
(د) أن تطلب من الصناديق والبرامج أن تكفل إمكانية التشغيل البيني لنظم تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية على نطاق المنظومة، وأن تشجع الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من كيانات جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن تفعل ذلك، بغية توفير قاعدة متكاملة لتجهيز المعلومات الإدارية الداخلية والخارجية ودعم تحقيق الاتساق بين عمليات وممارسات تسيير الأعمال في كامل جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي بحلول عام 2016.

(f) Encourage the United Nations development system to further promote, develop and support knowledge management systems so that recipient countries can avail themselves of knowledge and expertise that is not easily accessible at the country level, including resources at Headquarters and at the regional level and from the Secretariat and other non-resident agencies;
(و) أن تشجع جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي على أن يواصل تعزيز نُظم إدارة المعارف وتطويرها ودعمها كي تتمكن البلدان المتلقية للمساعدة من الاستفادة من المعارف والخبرات التي لا يمكنها الحصول عليها بسهولة على الصعيد القطري، بما في ذلك الموارد الموجودة في المقر وعلى الصعيد الإقليمي والمستمدة من الأمانة العامة وغيرها من الوكالات غير المقيمة؛
