The Organs endeavour to help victims by providing consultation on every aspect of children's rights at their counselling offices and through the Children's Rights Hotline, a counselling hotline which specializes in children's rights, as well as via the Internet Human Rights Counselling Service on the website.

During the negotiations on the draft resolution on assessment of the progress made in the implementation of and follow-up to the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society, some delegations proposed to recall Human Rights Council resolution 20/8 on the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet, but this did not reach consensus.*
وخلال المفاوضات التي أُجريت بشأن مشروع القرار المتعلق بتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ نتائج القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات ومتابعتها، قدّم بعض الوفود مقترحا يشير إلى قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 20/8 بشأن تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الإنترنت والتمتع بها، إلا أن ذلك لم يحظ بتوافق الآراء*.

Welcoming the adoption by the Human Rights Council of resolution 26/13 of 26 June 2014 on the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet,
وإذ ترحب باتخاذ مجلس حقوق الإنسان القرار 26/13 المؤرخ 26 حزيران/ يونيه 2014 بشأن تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الإنترنت والتمتع بها()،

Recalling also all relevant resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights and the Human Rights Council, in particular Council resolution 20/8 of 5 July 2012 on the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet,
وإذ يشير أيضاً إلى جميع القرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن لجنة حقوق الإنسان ومجلس حقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما قرار المجلس 20/8 المؤرخ 5 تموز/ يوليه 2012 بشأن تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الإنترنت والتمتع بها،

Moreover, the Special Rapporteur shares the view expressed by the Human Rights Council in its resolution on the promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet, adopted on 5 July 2012, in which it recognized the " global and open nature of the Internet as a driving force in accelerating progress towards development in its various forms " which should be maintained.
وعلاوة على ذلك، يشاطر المقرر الخاص مجلس حقوق الإنسان رأيه الذي أعرب عنه في قراره بشأن تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان على الإنترنت والتمتع بها المعتمد في 5 تموز/يوليه 2012، والذي سلم فيه بـ " الطبيعة العالمية والمفتوحة للإنترنت بصفتها قوة دافعة في تسريع التقدم على طريق التنمية بمختلف أشكالها " ، التي ينبغي الحفاظ عليها.

At the same time, the organs endeavour to help victims by providing consultation services on every aspect of women's human rights through establishment of the Internet Human Rights Counselling Services, in addition to provision of consultation services at their counselling offices and through a counselling hotline specializing in women's rights called the Woman's Rights Hotline.
