ويجدر التأكيد مجددا بأن الإجراء القضائي المتبع فيما يتعلق بالمسلمين الدراويش وممتلكاتهم أو أماكن عبادتهم لم يستهدفهم، بأي شكل من الأشكال، لأنهم دراويش بل نتيجة لما يتخذون من تدابير غير قانونية للإخلال بالنظام والأمن العامين، وهو إجراء يطبق عليهم مثلما يطبق على جميع المواطنين الإيرانيين دون أي استثناء.
