كتيب المعلومات رقم 15 الذي سيُدرَج مستقبلا في دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات

The second publication in the series, United Nations Guide for Minorities, was published in all official languages.
وصدر المنشور الثاني في السلسلة، وهو دليل الأمم المتحدة عن الأقليات، بجميع اللغات الرسمية.

A training component is to be introduced into future regional meetings, the intention being to make use of the United Nations Guide for Minorities on such occasions.
وسوف يتم إدخاله عنصر التدريب في الاجتماعات الإقليمية في المستقبل، والغرض من ذلك هو الاستفادة من دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات في مثل هذه المناسبات.

(i) The United Nations Manual on the Prevention and Control of Computer-related Crime, published in 1994, could be updated and reissued;

As part of its collaboration with the International Tax Compact, the Office had produced the United Nations Handbook on Selected Issues in Administration of Double Tax Treaties for Developing Countries.
وكان المكتب قد أنتج دليل الأمم المتحدة بشأن قضايا مختارة في مجال إدارة المعاهدات الضريبية من أجل البلدان النامية، وذلك في إطار تعاونه مع الاتفاق الضريبي الدولي.

It was proposed that the note would be refined and that it might eventually become a useful annex to the next edition of the United Nations Manual.
واقتُرح تنقيح تلك المذكرة، التي يمكن أن تصبح في نهاية المطاف مرفقا مفيدا للطبعة المقبلة من دليل الأمم المتحدة.

A pamphlet on the role of such institutions is being prepared for inclusion in the United Nations Guide for Minorities.
ويجري إعداد كرّاس عن دور هذه المؤسسات من أجل إدراجه في دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات.

13. The Group noted with satisfaction that the work on the United Nations Guide for Indigenous Peoples was continuing.
13- ولاحظ الفريق بارتياح أن العمل بشأن دليل الأمم المتحدة للسكان الأصليين ما زال متواصلاً.

50. OHCHR has also issued a United Nations Guide for Indigenous Peoples that contains a set of leaflets on the operations and procedures of the United Nations that are of particular relevance to indigenous peoples.

34. The preparation of the United Nations Guide for Minorities provided a fresh opportunity to strengthen the protection of minorities.
34- وأتاح إعداد دليل الأمم المتحدة عن الأقليات فرصة جديدة لتعزيز حماية الأقليات.

The United Nations Guide for Minorities was launched on 1 September 2001 in Durban, by the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
15- قامت المفوضة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بتقديم دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات في 1 أيلول/سبتمبر 2001 في ديربان.

In that light, it recommended that the High Commissioner and her Office in the fundraising efforts for the Fund extensively use the United Nations Guide for Indigenous Peoples.
وأوصى في ضوء ذلك بأن تستخدم المفوضة السامية ومفوضيتها في جهودهم لجمع الأموال للصندوق دليل الأمم المتحدة للشعوب الأصلية استخداماً مكثفاً.

14. The United Nations Guide for Minorities was published in 2001 to implement the recommendations of the Working Group and the Commission on Human Rights.
14 - ونُشر في عام 2001 دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات لتنفيذ توصيات كل من الفريق العامل ولجنة حقوق الإنسان.

The Working Group requested me on that basis to finalize the Declaration and to ensure its publication in the planned United Nations Manual on minorities.
وطَلب إلي الفريق العامل على ذلك الأساس وضع الإعلان في صيغته النهائية والسهر على نشره في دليل الأمم المتحدة للأقليات المخطط له.

Consideration should be given to updating the United Nations Manual on the Prevention and Control of Computer-related Crime and the development of related training tools.
كما ينبغي إيلاء الاعتبار لتحديث دليل الأمم المتحدة لمنع الجريمة المتصلة بالحواسيب ومكافحتها، ووضع أدوات التدريب ذات الصلة.

Ongoing UNV and Johns Hopkins University support to statistical agencies in nine pilot countries is producing solid economic data on non-profit institutions and volunteering, while implementing the United Nations Handbook on non-profit institutions.
كما أن الدعم المتواصل، المقدم من برنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة وجامعة جونز هوبكنز للأجهزة الإحصائية في البلدان النموذجية التسعة، يسفر عن بيانات اقتصادية موثوقة عن المؤسسات غير الهادفة للربح والعمل التطوعي، فيما يتولى تنفيذ دليل الأمم المتحدة بشأن المؤسسات غير الربحية.

Activities in this area may draw on the Legislative Guide for the Implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Bangalore Principles of Judicial Conduct and the commentary thereon, the training manual on judicial ethics and the draft United Nations Handbook on Practical AntiCorruption Measures for Prosecutors and Investigators.
ويمكن أن تستفيد الأنشطة في هذا المجال من الدليل التشريعي لتنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد ومبادئ بانغالور بشأن سلوك الجهاز القضائي والتعليقات الصادرة عليها، ودليل التدريب على أخلاقيات مهنة القضاء، ومشروع دليل الأمم المتحدة بشأن تدابير عملية لمكافحة الفساد للمدّعين العامين والمحققين.

6. Revision of the United Nations Manual for the Negotiation of Bilateral Tax Treaties between Developed and Developing Countries (1/2 hour).
6 - تنقيح دليل الأمم المتحدة للتفاوض بشأن معاهدات الضرائب الثنائية بين البلدان المتقدمة والبلدان النامية (نصف ساعة).

The report was elaborated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic in cooperation with other relevant sectors on the basis of the United Nations Manual containing recommendations and principles which should be taken into account in the content and format of individual initial reports concerning United Nations international human rights conventions.
والتقرير من إعداد وزارة شؤون خارجية الجمهورية السلوفاكية بالتعاون مع قطاعات معنية أخرى وبالاعتماد على دليل الأمم المتحدة الذي يتضمن التوصيات والمبادئ التي ينبغي أخذها في الاعتبار في مضمون وشكل التقارير الأولية الفردية المقدمة في إطار اتفاقيات الأمم المتحدة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

They have made valuable contributions to the deliberation on the work and have actively contributed to the preparation of the UN Guide for Minorities.
وقد ساهمت إسهاما قيّما في المداولات، كما أنها ساهمت مساهمة فعالة في إعداد دليل الأمم المتحدة عن الأقليات.

It was noted that additional elaboration on the treatment of Islamic financial instruments would be included in the Manual for the Negotiation of Bilateral Tax Treaties between Developed and Developing Countries.
وتم التنويه إلى أنه سيجري إدراج تفاصيل إضافية بشأن معاملة الصكوك المالية الإسلامية، في دليل الأمم المتحدة للتفاوض على المعاهدات الضريبية الثنائية بين البلدان المتقدمة النمو والبلدان النامية.

In that regard, we welcome the publication by the Department of Political Affairs of the United Nations Guidance for Mediators on Addressing Conflict-Related Sexual Violence in Ceasefire and Peace Agreement.
في ذلك الصدد، نرحب بقيام إدارة الشؤون السياسية بنشر دليل الأمم المتحدة للوسطاء بشأن كيفية التعامل مع العنف الجنسي المرتبط بالنـزاعات في اتفاقات وقف إطلاق النار واتفاقات السلام.
