16- توجيهات مؤتمر الأطراف: دعا مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرراته 2/م أ-4 و6/م أ-7 و5/م أ-8، مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى ترشيد دورة مشاريعه لتبسيط عملية إعداد المشاريع، وتقليل الالتزامات التي تنص عليها، وزيادة شفافيتها واشتراك البلدان فيها والتعجيل بصرف الأموال لتنفيـذ المشاريع.
