Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to the Convention.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح ما تشاء من تعديلات عليها.

Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to this Convention. Amendments shall enter into force for each State Party to the Convention accepting the amendments upon their acceptance by a majority of the States Parties to the Convention and thereafter for each remaining State Party to the Convention on the date of acceptance by it.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح إدخال تعديلات عليها وتصبح التعديلات نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة تقبلها من الدول الأطراف، متى نالت قبول أغلبية الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، وبعد ذلك تصبح نافذة، بالنسبة إلى كل دولة باقية من الدول الأطراف، ابتداء من تاريخ قبول هذه الدولة لها.

Any State Party to this Convention may give notice of its withdrawal from the Convention one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Depositary Governments. Such withdrawal shall take effect one year from the date of receipt of this notification.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية، بعد سنة من نفاذها، إعلان نيتها الانسحاب منها بإشعار كتابي ترسله إلى الحكومات الوديعة ويصبح الانسحاب نافذا بعد سنة من ورود هذا الإشعار.

Any State Party to this Convention may give notice of its withdrawal from the Convention one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية إعلان نيتها في الانسحاب منها بعد سنة من نفاذها بإشعار كتابي ترسله إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

" Each State Party to this Convention undertakes never in any circumstances to develop, produce, stockpile or otherwise acquire or retain:
" تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن لا تعمد أبداً، في أي ظرف من الظروف، إلى استحداث أو إنتاج أو تخزين ما يلي، ولا إلى اقتنائه أو حفظه على أي نحو آخر:

" (1) Any State Party to this convention which finds that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations.
" 1- لأية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية ترى في تصرف أية دولة أخرى من الدول الأطراف خرقاً للالتزامات المترتبة عليها بموجب أحكام هذه الاتفاقية أن تقدم شكوى إلى مجلس الأمن بالأمم المتحدة.

(2) Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to cooperate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, on the basis of the complaint received by the Council.
2- تتعهد كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية بأن تتعاون في تنفيذ أي تحقيق قد يجريه مجلس الأمن وفقاً لأحكام ميثاق الأمم المتحدة استناداً إلى الشكوى الواردة إليه.

(2) Each State Party to this Convention shall in exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Convention if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of the Convention, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country.
2- يحق لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية، ممارسة منها لسيادتها القومية، أن تنسحب من الاتفاقية إذا رأت أن أحداثاً استثنائية تتعلق بموضوع الاتفاقية أصبحت تعرض للخطر المصالح العليا لبلدها.

1. Any State Party to this Convention may propose an amendment and deposit it with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
1 - يجوز لأي دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه الاتفاقية أن تقترح إدخال تنقيح على الاتفاقية وتودع اقتراحها لدى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

If a suspicion arises against any State Party to the Treaty that it is violating the Treaty, the suspecting State Party, or a group of the suspecting State Parties to this Treaty shall conduct consultations and cooperate with the suspected State Party to this Treaty in order to settle down the aroused suspicion.
إذا كان هناك اشتباه بأن أية دولة من الدول الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة تنتهك أحكامها، يجب على الدولة الطرف المشتبِهة، أو مجموعة من الدول الأطراف المشتبِهة، أن تُجري مشاورات وأن تتعاون مع الدولة الطرف المشتبه بها من أجل حل مسألة هذا الاشتباه.
