Belarus, as one of the Presidents of the Conference in 2010, will do its best to ensure that the Conference can begin its substantive work.

During the last years, the Presidents of the Conference have done their best and it is also high time for members to do the same.

وفي الختام، دعوني أؤكـد من جديد تقديرنا المخلص لجهودكم الدؤوبة في هذا الصدد ولجهود زملائكم رؤساء المؤتمر.

The Coordinators will work informally under the authority of the CD Presidents.
وسيعمل المنسقون بصفة غير رسمية تحت سلطة رؤساء المؤتمر.

Lastly, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to the Presidents of the CD for 2008 and wish them every success in their work.
وفي الختام، لا يسعني إلا أن أتوجه بعبارات الشكر والتقدير لمجموعة رؤساء المؤتمر لسنة 2008 متمنياً لهم النجاح والتوفيق.

In the meantime we support unreservedly the proposal made by this year's Presidents for a structured thematic dialogue with annual planning.
وفي انتظار ذلك، فإننا نؤيد بدون تحفظ الاقتراح الذي قدمه رؤساء المؤتمر هذا العام بإجراء حوار مواضيعي منظم وفقاً لتخطيط سنوي.

It is with this in mind that successive presidencies of the Conference have attempted to capture this emerging consensus in a series of documents.
