6. In its reply of 4 September 1997, the Government indicates that the four above-named individuals were arrested for their involvement in seditious activities.
٦- وتوضح الحكومة في ردها المؤرخ في ٤ أيلول/سبتمبر ٧٩٩١ أنه تم القبض على اﻷفراد اﻷربعة الواردة أسماؤهم أعلاه لاشتراكهم في أنشطة مثيرة للفتنة.

In its reply of 28 July 1997, the Government stated that Wei Jingsheng had barged into the prison storage room without permission on 29 May 1997 and physically assaulted the storage room clerk, a fellow prisoner.
وأوضحت الحكومة في ردها المؤرخ في ٢٨ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ بأن واي جينغشانغ قد اقتحم مخزن السجن بدون إذن في ٢٩ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٧ وأنه اعتدى جسديا على موظف المخزن وهو سجين آخر.

In its reply of 30 August 2000, the Government stated that the State Secretary for Human Rights had requested the Secretary of Assistance and Development of São Paolo State to initiate investigations into these allegations.

وذكرت الحكومة في ردها المؤرخ في 20 آب/أغسطس 1998 أن سانغاوي دورجي اعتُقل على يد زعيم الحي " غاب " وعضو اللجنة القروية " تشوكبا " بغودمار في 23 حزيران/ يونيه 1998، عندما جاء إلى القرية لتسليم نقود لأسر بعض الأشخاص الذين فروا من البلد والموجودين حاليا في نيبال.

6. In its reply of 24 September 1996, the Government stated that Mazen Subhi Saïd Kana had been arrested on 30 August 1980 on a charge of belonging to an armed terrorist group involved in murders and bomb attacks in Syria.
٦- وفي ردها المؤرخ في ٤٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ٦٩٩١، أشارت الحكومة إلى أنه أُلقي القبض على مازن صبحي سعيد قانا في ٠٣ آب/أغسطس ٠٨٩١ بتهمة اﻹنتماء إلى مجموعة إرهابية مسلحة شاركت في عمليات قتل وفي اعتداءات بالقنابل في سوريا.

In the same letter, the Special Rapporteur asked the Government to provide him with details additional to the information provided in its reply of 19 April 1994, concerning the legal basis and attributions of the courts before which the defendants had been tried, as well as details concerning the offences committed and the trial proceedings.

In its reply dated 10 March 1997, the Government confirmed the arrest of Simon Noge but stated that he had been allowed to contact his attorney, had not been harmed in any way while in police custody, and had been released the following day.

In its reply dated 10 April 2000, the Government informed the Special Rapporteur that the prison sentences of Dr. Alya Shu'ayb, Laila Al-'Othman and Yahia Al-Rubay'an were annulled on 26 March 2000.
177- أبلغت الحكومة المقرر الخاص، في ردها المؤرخ في 10 نيسان/أبريل 2000، بأن أحكام السجن التي صدرت بحق كل من الدكتورة عالية شُعيب وليلى العثمان ويحيى الربيعان قد ألغيت في 26 آذار/مارس 2000.

6. In its reply dated 11 December 1991, the Government of Bhutan, although it did not deny the allegations, detailed the activities of Tek Nath Rizal which, according to the Government, were directed at inciting the people against the Government through a disinformation campaign and were further directed at damaging Bhutan's relations with a friendly neighbour, India.

7. In its reply dated 15 May 1995, the Government of the State of Bahrain indicated that all the arrests referred to in the communication were motivated by acts of violence such as participation in rioting, sabotage, arson, assassination, etc.
٧- وأشارت حكومة دولة البحرين، في ردها المؤرخ في ٥١ أيار/مايو ٥٩٩١، إلى أن جميع عمليات الاحتجاز المشار اليها في البلاغ كان الباعث عليها أعمال عنف مثل الاشتراك في حوادث شغب وتخريب وحرق واغتيالات الخ.

In its response of 24 April 2006, it stated that since his return a Canadian representative had spoken with the complainant's nephew who said that Mr. Dadar had arrived in Tehran without incident, and was staying with his family.
وذكرت الدولة الطرف في ردها المؤرخ في 24 نيسان/أبريل 2006 أن أحد ممثلي كندا تحدث مع ابن أخت صاحب الشكوى، منذ إعادة هذا الأخير، فقال إن السيد دادار وصل إلى طهران دون مشاكل، وأنه الآن يقيم مع أسرته.
