1. The tenth session of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation was held in Paris from 25 to 28 January 1999.
١ - عقدت اللجنة الحكومية الدولية لتعزيز إعادة الممتلكات الثقافية إلى بلدانها اﻷصلية أو ردها في حالة الاستيلاء غير المشروع عليها دورتها العاشرة في باريس من ٢٥ إلى ٢٨ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٩.

To that end, the activities of UNESCO and of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to Its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation have contributed very significantly over the years.

4. Proposes that the fund, entitled “Fund of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation”, be established by voluntary contributions and administered according to the model of the International Programme for the Development of Communication by providing a special account and funds in trust;
٤ - تقترح أن يتم إنشاء الصندوق، المسمى " صندوق اللجنة الحكومية الدولية لتعزيز إعادة الممتلكات الثقافية إلى بلدانها اﻷصلية أو ردها في حالة الاستيلاء غير المشروع عليها " ، بتقديم تبرعات للصندوق وأن يدار وفقا لنموذج البرنامج الدولي لتنمية الاتصال، وذلك بتوفير حساب خاص وأموال استئمانية؛

5. Invites the Director-General to establish within the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization a fund entitled “Fund of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation”, which will be:
٥ - يدعو المدير العام إلى أن ينشئ تحت رعاية اليونسكو صندوقا يسمى " صندوق اللجنة الحكومية الدولية لتعزيز إعادة الممتلكات الثقافية إلى بلدانها اﻷصلية أو ردها في حالة الاستيلاء غير المشروع عليها " ،

The creation of a fund has been proposed by the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation to the General Conference since 1994.
وكانت فكرة إنشاء صندوق قد اقترحتها على المؤتمر العام منذ سنة ١٩٩٤ " اللجنة الحكومية الدولية لتعزيز إعادة الممتلكات الثقافية إلى بلدانها اﻷصلية أو ردها في حالة الاستيلاء غير المشروع عليها " .
