5. Calls upon the administering Power to respond favourably to the request of the territorial Government for the dispatch of a United Nations visiting mission to the Territory.
٥ - تدعو الدولة القائمة باﻹدارة إلى أن ترد إيجابيا على طلب حكومة اﻹقليم بإيفاد بعثة زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة إلى اﻹقليم.

131. The representatives of two administering Powers had stated that they remained open to any suggestions by local Governments in the Territories concerned regarding their readiness to receive United Nations visiting missions.
١٣١ - وذكر ممثلا دولتين قائمتين باﻹدارة أنهما لا تزالان، منفتحتين أمام أي مقترحات تقدم من الحكومات المحلية في اﻷقاليم المعنية فيما يتصل باستعدادها لاستقبال بعثات زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة.

" 5. Also requests its Chairman to enter into consultations with the administering Power of Guam with a view to facilitating the dispatch of a United Nations visiting mission to that Territory. "
" ٥ - تطلب أيضا إلى رئيسها أن يدخل في مشاورات مع الدولة القائمة باﻹدارة في غوام بغثة تسهيل إيفاد بعثة زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة إلى ذلك اﻹقليم " .

٩ - وذكر ممثلا دولتين قائمتين باﻹدارة أنهما لا تزالان، منفتحتين أمام أي مقترحات تقدم من الحكومات المحلية في اﻷقاليم المعنية فيما يتصل باستعدادها لاستقبال بعثات زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة.

The Special Committee's report on Tokelau exemplified the progress that could be made when there was genuine cooperation between it, the administering Power and the inhabitants of the Territory, and other administering Powers should follow New Zealand's example in inviting United Nations visiting missions and in fully involving the people in determining their status.
وقال إن تقرير اللجنة الخاصة عن توكيلاو يعطي مثالا للتقدم الذي يمكن إحرازه متى وجد تعاون حقيقي بين اللجنة الخاصة والدولة القائمة باﻹدارة وسكان اﻹقليم، وينبغي أن تحذو الدول اﻷخرى القائمة باﻹدارة حذو نيوزيلندا في دعوة بعثات زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة وفي إشراك الشعب إشراكا كاملا في تقرير وضعه.

The Assembly considers that the possibility of dispatching a United Nations visiting mission to St. Helena at an appropriate time should be kept under review, and requests the Special Committee to continue to examine the question of St. Helena at its next session and to report thereon to the Assembly at its forty-seventh session.
وترى الجمعية أن إمكانية إيفاد بعثة زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة إلى سانت هيلانة في وقت ملائم ينبغي أن تظل قيد الاستعراض، وتطلب الجمعية العامة من اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل دراسة مسألة سانت هيلانة في دورتها المقبلة، وأن تقدم تقريرا عن ذلك الى الجمعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

6. The Assembly considers that the possibility of dispatching a United Nations visiting mission to St. Helena at an appropriate time should be kept under review, and requests the Special Committee to continue to examine the question of St. Helena at its next session and to report thereon to the Assembly at its forty-eighth session.
٦ - وترى الجمعية العامة إن إمكانية إيفاد بعثة زائرة من اﻷمم المتحدة إلى سانت هيلانة في وقت ملائم ينبغي أن تظل قيد الاستعراض، وتطلب من اللجنة الخاصة أن تواصل دراسة هذه المسألة في دورتها المقبلة، وأن تقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين.
