59- وأفادت حكومة الإمارات العربية المتحدة بأنَّ سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة لا ترى أيَّ عوامل قانونية أو غيرها ذات صلة بالجدولة المحتملة في إطار اتفاقية سنة 1971.

1. In the event that the Government has prima facie grounds indicating that any member of its national contingent has committed an act of serious misconduct, it shall without delay inform the United Nations and forward the case to its appropriate national authorities for the purposes of investigation.

15- بيّنت الأكثرية الكبيرة من الدول المستجيبة أنه في تنفيذ تدابير الحماية والمساعدة لأجل المهاجرين المهرَّبين، تعمد سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة إلى مراعاة الاحتياجات الخاصة بالنساء والأطفال (انظر الفقرة 4 من المادة 16 من بروتوكول المهاجرين).

8- بيّنت الغالبية الكبرى من الدول المجيبة أنه لدى تنفيذ تدابير الحماية والمساعدة لأجل المهاجرين المهرَّبين، تأخذ سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة في الاعتبار الاحتياجات الخاصة بالنساء والأطفال (بما يتسق مع الفقرة 4 من المادة 16 من بروتوكول المهاجرين).

(a) Governments should ensure that their competent national authorities register, support and actively participate in the Pre-Export Notification Online system supported by the International Narcotics Control Board, to reduce opportunities for traffickers to divert precursor chemicals for use in illicit manufacture;
(أ) ينبغي أن تضمن الحكومات أن تتسجل سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة في نظام الإشعارات السابقة للتصدير بالاتصال الحاسوبي المباشر، الذي تدعمه الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدِّرات، وأن تدعمه تلك السلطات وتشارك فيه مشاركة نشطة، بهدف الحد من الفرص المتاحة للمتجرين لتسريب الكيمياويات السليفة لاستخدامها في الصنع غير المشروع؛

c. To facilitate assistance, a State party that accepts it shall promptly notify its competent national authorities and/or its National Coordinating Authority to extend the necessary facilities to the assisting State, in accordance with this Convention.
ج - تيسيرا لتقديم المساعدة، تقوم على الفور الدولة الطرف التي تقبل المساعدة بإخطار سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة و/أو هيئة التنسيق الوطنية لديها بتقديم التسهيلات اللازمة إلى الدولة المقدمة للمساعدة، وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

45. Turkey made reference to the information that its competent national authorities had provided in relation to the implementation of Economic and Social Council resolution 2003/29 and also reported on the ratification on 6 October 2004 of the Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime.

The Inter-American Convention to Facilitate Disaster Assistance, of 1991, goes further by requiring a State which accepts assistance to " promptly notify its competent national authorities and/or its National Coordinating Authority to extend the necessary facilities to the assisting State, in accordance with the Convention " .
أما اتفاقية البلدان الأمريكية لتسهيل المساعدة في حالات الكوارث، لعام 1991، فتذهب بعيدا باشتراطها أن تقوم الدولة التي تقبل المساعدة ' ' بإخطار سلطاتها الوطنية المختصة و/أو هيئتها التنسيقية الوطنية فورا بتقديم التسهيلات اللازمة إلى الدولة المقدمة للمساعدة، وفقا للاتفاقية``().
