38- يجوز لحائز سند الشحن الإلكتروني أن يطلب تسليم البضاعة بإرسال رسالة إلى مشغِّل السجل.() وعلى مشغِّل السجل أن يقوم عندئذ بتعديل السجل الإلكتروني لمنع مواصلة تداوله وأن يحيل طلب التسليم إلى الناقل.()
