In addition, the MONUC code of conduct and the Secretary-General's bulletin on special measures for protection from sexual exploitation and sexual abuse (ST/SGB/2003/13) provide that sexual activity with children (persons under 18) is prohibited regardless of the local age of majority or consent and that the mistaken belief in the age of the child is not a defence.
وعلاوة على ذلك، تنص مدونة قواعد السلوك الخاصة بالبعثة ونشرة الأمين العام ST/SGB/2003/13 بشأن التدابير الخاصة للحماية من ضروب الاستغلال والاعتداء الجنسيين، على أن ممارسة أي نشاط جنسي مع الأطفال (الأشخاص الذين تقل أعمارهم عن 18 سنة) محظورة بغض النظر عن سن الرشد أو سن الإدراك المقررة محليا.

4.4 The Head of Department, Office or Mission shall not apply the standard prescribed in section 3.2 (b), where a staff member is legally married to someone under the age of 18 but over the age of majority or consent in their country of citizenship.

143. Act No. 11/1990 of 15 October 1990 added the following paragraph 2 to article 93 of the Civil Code: " If children who have reached the age of majority or have become emancipated but do not have an income of their own live in the family home, the judge, in the same judicial decision, shall establish the maintenance that is due in accordance with articles 142 et seq. of the Civil Code. "
١٤٣- وأضاف القانون رقم ١١/١٩٩٠ المؤرخ في ١٥ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٠ إلى المادة ٩٣ من القانون المدني الفقرة ٢ التالية: " إذا كان اﻷطفال الذين بلغوا سن الرشد أو تحرروا من قيود الولاية ولكنهم لا يملكون دخلا خاصا بهم يعيشون في منزل اﻷسرة، يحكم القاضي في نفس القرار القضائي بالنفقة الواجبة وفقا للمادة ١٤٢ وما يليها من القانون المدني " .

Parental authority is created immediately after the birth of a child and it ends when the child attains full age or when the child is emancipated or where parental authority is restricted.
وتنشأ بعد ولادة الطفل مباشرة سلطة للوالدين ولا تنتهي إلا عند بلوغ الطفل سن الرشد أو عند إعتاق الطفل من تلك السلطة أو إذا قُيدت سلطة الأبوين.
