This is Minister Serreqi's latest contribution to the continued unfounded anti-Yugoslav campaign and represents a series of unsubstantiated attacks on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Greece for their allegedly coordinated activity against Albania and destabilization of the Balkans.

In his letter, Mr. Serreqi has advanced ill-intentioned allegations concerning the accommodation in Kosovo and Metohija of a small number of Serb refugees from Krajina who have found refuge in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia following Croatia's aggression against Krajina.

وواضح أيضا أن الوزير سيريكي كان يقصد ستر الحالة الاقتصادية والسياسية الصعبة القائمة في ألبانيا، والحصول، في سياق حل اﻷزمة اليوغوسلافية، على تأييد دولي لطموح القادة اﻷلبانيين، الذين لم يقلعوا عنه قط، الى إنشاء " ألبانيا كبرى " .

Minister Serreqi's accusations that Yugoslavia is responsible for instigating a bloody war in violation of the principles of the Helsinki Final Act and for the dismemberment of Bosnia and Herzegovina " in the name of making hegemony - seeking Greater Serbia " are outrageous.
ومما يبعث على الاستياء الاتهامات التي ينسب فيها الوزير سيريكي الى يوغوسلافيا مسؤولية اشعال حرب دامية، مما ينتهك مبادئ وثيقة هلسنكي الختامية ويستهدف تمزيق وحدة البوسنة والهرسك " باسم تحقيق السيطرة، والسعي الى إقامة صربيا الكبرى " .

Mr. Serreqi's act is unusual in diplomatic practice since he misuses Albania's dispute with Greece, for the cause of which he still owes the world an explanation, to launch an unprovoked attack on the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and to reiterate Albania's groundless accusations about the alleged Serbo-Greek strategy of destabilization of the Balkans.
إن العمل الذي قام به السيد سيريكي عمل غير مألوف بالممارسة الدبلوماسية باعتباره يستغل نزاع ألبانيا مع اليونان، لسبب ما يزال يتعين عليه توضيحه للعالم، من أجل شن هجوم لا مبرر له على جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وﻹعادة تأكيد اتهامات ألبانيا العارية عن الصحة حول وجود استراتيجية صربية - يونانية مزعومة لزعزعة الاستقرار في البلقان.
