5. The Committee is concerned that despite the constitutional provision making international agreements ratified by the State party an integral part of the law of the land, no information has been made available illustrating the actual application of the Covenant.

7. The Committee is concerned that the provisions of the Covenant have not been invoked by the State party's courts, in spite of the constitutional guarantee of the primacy of international agreements ratified by the State party over domestic laws.
7- يساور اللجنة القلق إزاء عدم الاحتجاج بأحكام العهد أمام محاكم الدولة الطرف، على الرغم من الضمان الدستوري بأسبقية أحكام الاتفاقات الدولية التي صدقت عليها الدولة الطرف على أحكام القانون المحلي.

It further recommends that the State party, with the support of the International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, and national and international NGOs, develop a comprehensive programme to prevent and combat child labour, in full compliance with ILO Convention No. 182 which the State party has ratified.
