The Secretary-General was requested to take the steps necessary to issue the plan of work for exploration in the form of a contract between the Authority and Germany.
وطُلب من الأمين العام اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لإصدار خطة عمل للاستكشاف في شكل عقد بين السلطة وألمانيا.

Following deliberations, the Council approved the plan of work and requested the Secretary-General to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic sulphides in the form of a contract between the Authority and the Government of the Russian Federation.
وعقب المداولات، وافق المجلس على خطة العمل وطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يصدر خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة وحكومة الاتحاد الروسي.

1. After a plan of work for exploration has been approved by the Council, it shall be prepared in the form of a contract between the Authority and the applicant as prescribed in annex 3 to these Regulations.
العقــد 1 - بعد أن يوافق المجلس على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، تعد هذه الخطة في شكل عقد بين السلطة ومقدم الطلب، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المرفق 3 لهذا النظام.

1. After a plan of work for exploration has been approved by the Council, it shall be prepared in the form of a contract between the Authority and the applicant as prescribed in Annex 3 to these Regulations.
1 - بعد أن يوافق المجلس على خطة عمل للاستكشاف، تعد هذه الخطة في شكل عقد بين السلطة ومقدم الطلب، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المرفق 3 لهذا النظام.

3. Requests the Secretary-General of the Authority to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic sulphides in the form of a contract between the Authority and the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources in accordance with the Regulations.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام للسلطة الدولية إصدار خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة والمعهد الاتحادي لعلوم الأرض والموارد الطبيعية وفقاً للنظام.

3. Requests the Secretary-General of the Authority to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules in the form of a contract between the Authority and Nauru Ocean Resources Inc. in accordance with the Regulations.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام للسلطة إصدار خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة وشركة ناورو لموارد المحيطات وفقا للنظام.

3. Requests the Secretary-General of the Authority to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic nodules in the form of a contract between the Authority and Tonga Offshore Mining Limited in accordance with the Regulations.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام للسلطة إصدار خطة عمل استكشاف العقيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة وشركة تونغا للتعدين البحري المحدودة وفقا للنظام.

3. Requests the Secretary-General of the Authority to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic sulphides in the form of a contract between the Authority and China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association in accordance with the Regulations.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام للسلطة إصدار خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة والرابطة الصينية للبحث في مجال الموارد المعدنية للمحيطات واستغلالها وفقا للنظام.

3. Requests the Secretary-General of the Authority to issue the plan of work for exploration in the form of a contract between the Authority and the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Regulations.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام للسلطة إصدار خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة وحكومة الاتحاد الروسي وفقا للنظام.

Following deliberations, the Council approved the plan of work and requested the Secretary-General to issue the plan of work for exploration for polymetallic sulphides in the form of a contract between the Authority and COMRA.
وعقب المداولات، وافق المجلس على خطة العمل وطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يصدر خطة عمل استكشاف الكبريتيدات المتعددة الفلزات في شكل عقد بين السلطة والرابطة الصينية للبحث في مجال الموارد المعدنية للمحيطات واستغلالها.
