427- تلاحظ اللجنة نتائج التقييم السريع الذي أجرته منظمة العمل الدولية عام 2002 لحالة الأطفال المستخدمين في أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال في الدولة الطرف. وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء عدد الأطفال الذين يُستغلون في البغاء وفي المواد الخليعة.

62. The Committee takes note of the substantial progress made by the State party in developing research, policies, programmes and action plans to prevent child labour and eliminate the worst forms of child labour, as well as the significant decline in child labour in the State party.
62- تحيط اللجنة علماً بالتقدم المهم الذي حققته الدولة الطرف في إجراء البحوث ووضع السياسات والبرامج وخطط العمل لمنع عمل الأطفال والقضاء على أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال وتحقيق الانخفاض الكبير في عمل الأطفال في الدولة الطرف.

15. The Committee is concerned that child labour in the State party remains extensive, in particular in the informal sector, and that children are exposed to dangerous and/or degrading work, in particular in mines, garbage dumps and battery recycling.
