37. The Legal Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that various international organizations had been invited by the Secretariat to report to the Subcommittee on their activities relating to space law and agreed that a similar invitation should be extended by the Secretariat for the forty-second session of the Subcommittee, in 2003.
37- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية بارتياح، أن الأمانة دعت منظمات دولية مختلفة إلى تقديم تقارير إلى اللجنة الفرعية عن أنشطتها المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء. واتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أن تقدم الأمانة دعوات مماثلة بشأن دورتها الثانية والأربعين التي ستعقد في عام 2003.

The Committee noted the important role of international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and their contribution to its endeavours to promote the development of space law and endorsed the recommendation of the Subcommittee that such organizations should again be invited to report to the Subcommittee at its fifty-second session on their activities relating to space law.
210- ولاحظت اللجنة الدور الهام الذي تنهض به المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومساهمتها في العمل على تطوير قانون الفضاء، وأقرّت توصية اللجنة الفرعية بأن تُدعى تلك المنظمات مجدّداً إلى تقديم تقارير عن أنشطتها المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

The Subcommittee agreed that it was important to continue the exchange of information on recent developments in the area of space law between the Subcommittee and international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and that such organizations should once again be invited to report to the Subcommittee, at its fifty-fourth session, on their activities relating to space law.
44- واتَّفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أنَّ من المهم مواصلة تبادل المعلومات عن التطوُّرات الأخيرة في مجال قانون الفضاء بينها وبين المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، وعلى أن تُدعى تلك المنظمات مجدَّداً إلى أن تقدم إليها تقارير عن أنشطتها المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين.

The Subcommittee had before it a document (A/AC.105/C.2/L.248) and a conference room paper (A/AC.105/C.2/2004/CRP.15) containing reports from the following international organizations on their activities relating to space law: ECSL, ESA, IISL, ILA and the International Organization of Space Communications (Intersputnik).
