Following an interim audit, which confirmed the final cash surplus in February 2010, a further amount of Euro1,913,700 was surrendered in accordance with the decision of the Meeting of States Parties adopted in June 2010.

6. In accordance with the decision of the Meeting of States Parties (SPLOS/98), the staff assessment accumulated in the special account as at 31 December 2003 was surrendered and deducted from the contributions of the States Parties to the 2005 budget.

7. In accordance with the decision of the Meeting of States Parties (SPLOS/146), an amount of Euro312,684 from the 2002 savings corresponding to the additional appropriations for 2005 will be surrendered and deducted from the assessed contributions of the States Parties for 2007 in accordance with regulation 4.5 of the Financial Regulations of the Tribunal.

From that balance, an amount of Euro351,899 was surrendered and deducted from the assessed contributions of the States Parties for 2008 in accordance with the decision of the Meeting of States Parties in June 2007 (SPLOS 161).
