To note with appreciation the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya's report on the status of its commitment to establish an ODS import and export licensing and quota system, and also to note its advice regarding the implementation of decision XVI/26 that requested that the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya prepare a plan of action with timespecific benchmarks for ensuring its prompt return to compliance with the Protocol's halon control measures;
(أ) الإحاطة مع التقدير بتقرير الجماهيرية العربية الليبية عن حالة التزامها بإنشاء نظام للتراخيص والحصص فيما يتعلق باستيراد وتصدير المواد المستنفدة للأوزون، وأحاطتها أيضاً بالبلاغ المتعلق بتنفيذ المقرر 16/26 الذي يطلب من الجماهيرية العربية الليبية إعداد خطة عمل مزودة بعلامات قياس محددة زمنياً لضمان عودتها الفورية إلى الامتثال بتدابير رقابة الهالونات في البروتوكول؛

To recall decision XIII/19, which noted that Kazakhstan was in non-compliance from 1998 to 2000 with its obligations under Article 2A of the Montreal Protocol to maintain total phase-out of its consumption of the controlled substances in Annex A, group I (CFCs), but also noted with appreciation the plan of action submitted by Kazakhstan to ensure its prompt return to compliance;
1 - أن يذكر بالقرار 13/19 الذي أشار إلى أن كازاخستان كانت في حالة عدم امتثال في الفترة من 1998 إلى 2000 لالتزاماتها بمقتضى المادة 2 ألف من بروتوكول مونتريال والرامية إلى تحقيق تخلص كامل من استهلاك المواد الخاضعة للرقابة الواردة في المرفق ألف المجموعة الأولى (مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية) إلاّ أنه أشار مع التقدير أيضا إلى خطة العمل التي قدمتها كازاخستان لضمان عودتها الفورية إلى الامتثال؛
