وإني أود اﻵن أن أدعو السيد فلاديمير بتروفسكي اﻷمين العام للمؤتمر والممثل الشخصي لﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، إلى أن يتلي علينا الرسالة الموجهة إلى المؤتمر من السيد كوفي عنان.
