The Committee at its sixth meeting decided to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that endosulfan should be listed in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention based on the notifications of final regulatory action from the European Community and the eight Sahelian countries.
وقررت اللجنة في اجتماعها السادس أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بضرورة إدراج الإندوسلفان في المرفق الثالث باتفاقية روتردام استناداً إلى الإخطارات المتعلقة بالإجراء التنظيمي النهائي المقدمة من جانب المفوضية الأوربية وبلدان الساحل الثمانية.

The Conference of the Parties shall consider proposals to include five chemicals and one severely hazardous pesticide formulation in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention and to adopt the related draft decision guidance documents on the following, as recommended by the Chemicals Review Committee:
10 - ينظر مؤتمر الأطراف في مقترحات بإدراج خمس مواد كيميائية وتركيبة مبيد آفات واحد شديد الخطورة في المرفق الثالث باتفاقية روتردام واعتماد مشاريع وثائق توجيه القرارات ذات الصلة المتعلقة بالمواد الكيميائية التالية، وفق توصية لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية:

Ultra Low Volume formulations (ULV) containing fenthion at or above 640 g/L are listed in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention in the category of severely hazardous pesticide formulations, and, accordingly subject to the PIC procedure.
أدرجت التركيبات التي تُرش بأحجام الفائقة الصغر المحتوية على الفينثيون بتركيز قدره 640 غرام أو أكثر/لتر في المرفق الثالث باتفاقية روتردام في فئة تركيبات مبيدات الآفات الشديدة الخطورة، ووفقاً لذلك تصبح هذه التركيبات خاضعة لإجراء الموافقة المسبقة عن علم.

Accordingly, as only one notification of regulatory action from one PIC region met the criteria set out in Annex II, the Committee concluded that methyl parathion could not be recommended for inclusion in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention at the current time.

The Committee finalized the draft decision guidance document and decided to forward it and the recommendation to list endosulfan in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention to the Conference of the Parties for consideration at its fifth meeting (UNEP/FAO/RC/CRC.6/16, paras. 69, 70 and 115 - 146 and annex I).
