Other terms that are relatively more frequent in the IPoA are agriculture, women and gender, crises, environment and climate, and South - South cooperation.
وبعض الكلمات الأخرى المكررة بصورة أكبر نسبياً في برنامج عمل إسطنبول هي الزراعة، والنساء والمسائل الجنسانية، والأزمات، والبيئة والمناخ، والتعاون فيما بين بلدان الجنوب.

The stated overall objective in the IPoA of halving the number of countries with LDC status by 2020 does not have a quantitative equivalent in the BPoA.
كما أن برنامج عمل بروكسل لا يشمل مقابلاً كمياً للهدف الشامل المبيّن في برنامج عمل إسطنبول والمتمثل في خفض عدد أقل البلدان نمواً إلى النصف بحلول سنة 2020.

II. A closer look at the goals and targets in the IPoA

It was therefore time for the international community to fulfil the commitments of the Istanbul Programme of Action.
ولذلك فإن الوقت حان ليفي المجتمع الدولي بالالتزامات الواردة في برنامج عمل إسطنبول.

Consultations with Member States were also undertaken in order to benefit from their collective views on the possible ways to translate the specific mandates of the Secretary-General, as provided by the Istanbul Programme of Action and other intergovernmentally agreed outcomes.
