٤١ - تقوم بالفعل بلدان كثيرة بإعادة تكييف برامجها الخاصة بتنظيم اﻷسرة لكي تتفق مع اﻹطار اﻷعم للحقوق اﻹنجابية والصحة اﻹنجابية في برنامج عمل المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية فقد اتخذت حكومات العديد من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية خطوات كبيرة في الاستجابة لطلب المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية باتخاذ إجراء في مجال السكان والتنمية.

(a) In relation to sexual and reproductive health there are a number of interrelated and complementary human rights, such as those set out in paragraphs 7.2 and 7.3 of the ICPD Programme of Action, e.g. " the right of men and women to be informed and to have access to safe, effective, affordable and acceptable methods of family planning of their choice " ;
