557- وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها لأنه رغم ورود تدابير خاصة مؤقتة في بعض التشريعات فإنها لم تستخدم كوسيلة للتعجيل بتحقيق المساواة كأمر واقع أو المساواة الموضوعية بين المرأة والرجل في جميع مجالات الاتفاقية.

116 - وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء عدم قيام الدولة الطرف بسن أحكام قانونية باتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة خاصة وعدم استخدامها هذه الأحكام كسياسة للتعجيل في تحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين النساء والرجال في جميع مجالات الاتفاقية.

17 - وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء عدم قيام الدولة الطرف بسن أحكام قانونية باتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة خاصة وعدم استخدامها هذه الأحكام كسياسة للتعجيل في تحقيق المساواة الفعلية بين النساء والرجال في جميع مجالات الاتفاقية.

It also encouraged the effective implementation of temporary special measures to accelerate the achievement of the de facto equality between women and men in all areas of the Convention.
كما شجعت على تنفيذ التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة بصورة فعالة لتسريع خطى تحقيق المساواة في الواقع بين النساء والرجال في جميع مجالات الاتفاقية(33).

14. The Committee calls upon the State party to consider using temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4 (1) of the Convention and the Committee's general recommendation No. 25 on temporary special measures, as a necessary strategy to accelerate the achievement of the substantive equality of women in all areas of the Convention where women are disadvantaged or underrepresented.
14 - وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى النظر في استخدام تدابير خاصة مؤقتة، وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، والتوصية العامة رقم 25 للجنة بشأن التدابير الخاصة المؤقتة، باعتبارها استراتيجية ضرورية للتعجيل بتحقيق المساواة الموضوعية لصالح المرأة في جميع مجالات الاتفاقية التي تكون فيها المرأة محرومة أو ممثلة تمثيلا ناقصا.
