In its resolution 1994/3 of 12 August 1994, the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities requested Ms. Judith Sefi Attah, Special Rapporteur on monitoring the transition to democracy in South Africa, to present her second and final report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-first session and to the Subcommission at its forty-seventh session.
١- طلبت اللجنة الفرعية لمنع التمييز وحماية اﻷقليـــات، فـــي قرارها ٤٩٩١/٣ المؤرخ في ٢١ آب/ أغسطس ٤٩٩١، إلى السيدة جودث سيفي أتاه، المقررة الخاصة بشأن رصد الانتقال إلى الديمقراطية في جنوب أفريقيا، تقديم تقريرها الثاني النهائي إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وإلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين.

At its forty-sixth session, the Sub-Commission in its resolution 1994/3 requested the Special Rapporteur to submit her second and final report on the steps and measures being taken by the Government of South Africa with regard to the transition to democracy to the Commission at its fifty-first session and to the Sub-Commission at its forty-seventh session.
١٣ - وطلبت اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السادسة واﻷربعين، في قرارها ٤٩٩١/٣، إلى المقررة الخاصة أن تقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الحادية والخمسين وإلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين تقريريها الثاني والنهائي عن الخطوات والتدابير التي تقوم حكومة جنوب افريقيا باتخاذها فيما يتعلق بالانتقال إلى الديمقراطية.

For its consideration of this item, the Working Party will have before it the report of the Secretary-General of UNCTAD entitled " Review of the technical cooperation activities of UNCTAD " (TD/B/WP/202), dealing with activities undertaken in 2007, which is being submitted both to the Working Party at its fifty-first session and to the Trade and Development Board at its fifty-fifth session.
