In that regard, the Commission on the Caribbean Sea has been identified as the mechanism that can be utilized to accomplish that goal through the establishment and maintenance of a technical and policy-oriented network comprising all member States of the Association of Caribbean States and organizations that conduct activity related in any way to the Caribbean Sea.
