The experience acquired in the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) prompts the following two comments:

As a European State, Belarus is a full-fledged participant in the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) and is seeking to become a member of the Council of Europe and to conclude partnership agreements with the European countries and regional organizations.
إن بيلاروس، باعتبارها دولة أوروبية، تشارك مشاركة تامة في مؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وهي تسعى إلى أن تصبح عضوا في المجلس اﻷوروبي وإلى إبرام اتفاقات شراكة مع البلدان اﻷوروبية والمنظمات اﻹقليمية.

On 30 January 1992 Ukraine became an independent full member of the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe.
وبتاريخ ٠٣ كانون الثاني/يناير ٢٩٩١ أصبحت أوكرانيا عضواً مستقلا كامل العضوية في مؤتمر اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا.

We have an opportunity to voice our concerns and to obtain support not only at the United Nations, but also at the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), the Council of Europe, the North Atlantic Cooperation Council and other international organizations.

Thus, according to the study, the five successor States of the former Yugoslavia would be brought to accept the confidence- and security-building measures, which would need to go beyond the measures already agreed to in the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe in order to satisfy the security needs of all the Yugoslav successor States and their neighbours.
