Amend the concerned legislation to establish an immediate moratorium on the death penalty with a view of abolishing the capital punishment entirely in line with the United Nations General Assembly resolutions 62/149 and 63/168 as well as the second Optional Protocol to ICCPR and transfer the existing death sentences to imprisonment terms (Slovakia);
14- تعديل التشريع المعني لتطبيق وقف فوري لتنفيذ أحكام الإعدام تمهيدا لإلغاء عقوبة الإعدام نهائيا تمشيا مع قراري الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 62/149 و63/168، ومع البروتوكول الاختياري الثاني الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، وتحويل أحكام الإعدام الصادرة حاليا إلى أحكام بالسجن (سلوفاكيا)؛

(b) Recommended that the General Conference, under its constitutional prerogative, establish a scale of assessments for the fiscal period 2004-2005 based on United Nations General Assembly resolutions 55/5 B-F and 57/4 B, adjusted to the membership of UNIDO on the understanding that new Members shall be assessed for the year in which they become Members on the basis of the United Nations scale of assessments, as applicable to UNIDO;
(ب) أوصي المؤتمر العام بأن يضع، بمقتضى صلاحياته الامتيازية الدستورية، جــدول أنصبــة للفترة المالية 2004-2005 يستند إلى قراري الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة 55/5 باء - واو و57/4 باء، معدّلا بما يتوافق مع عضوية اليونيدو، على أساس أن تُقدّر اشتراكات الأعضاء الجدد عن السنة التي تصبح فيها أعضاء استنادا إلى جدول أنصبة الأمم المتحدة، حسب انطباقه على اليونيدو؛
