Approves the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area as contained in the annex to the present decision.

It also encourages greater progress on the regulations for prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area.

8. Continued consideration, with a view to adoption, of the draft regulations on prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area (ISBA/18/C/WP.1).
8 - مواصلة النظر في مشروع النظام المتعلق بالتنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها في المنطقة، وذلك بهدف اعتماده (ISBA/18/C/WP.1).

2. The procedure for consideration by the Legal and Technical Commission of applications for plans of work for Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts is set out in regulation 23 of the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area.
2 - تـرد الإجراءات التي تتخذها اللجنة القانونية والتقنية للنظر في الطلبات المقدمة بشأن خطط العمل لاستكشاف قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت في المادة 23 من نظام التنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها في المنطقة.

The application was submitted pursuant to the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area ( " the Regulations " , ISBA/18/A/11, annex).
وقد قُدم الطلب عملا بنظام التنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها ( ' النظام`، ISBA/18/A/11، المرفق).

It was also decided to align the fee provision in the Nodules Regulations with the fee provision in the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area (Crusts Regulations).
وتقرر أيضا مواءمة الرسوم التي ينص عليها نظام التنقيب عن العقيدات مع تلك المنصوص عليها في نظام التنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها في المنطقة (نظام القشور)().

(c) " Regulations " means the Regulations on Prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area, adopted by the Authority.
(ج) يعني مصطلح " النظام " النظام المتعلق بالتنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها في المنطقة الذي تعتمده السلطة.

It also adopted the draft regulations on prospecting and Exploration for Cobalt-rich Ferromanganese Crusts in the Area (ISBA/18/C/WP.1).
واعتمدت الجمعية أيضا مشروع النظام المتعلق بالتنقيب عن قشور المنغنيز الحديدي الغنية بالكوبالت واستكشافها في المنطقة (ISBA/18/C/WP.1).
