(f) United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty (1990);

(h) Incorporate into its legislation and practices the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Their Liberty, in particular to guarantee them access to effective complaints procedures covering all aspects of their treatment;
(ح) إدراج قواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المحرومين من الحرية في تشريعاتها وممارساتها، لا سيما لضمان سبل وصولهم إلى الإجراءات الفعالة لتقديم الشكاوى فيما يتعلق بجميع جوانب معاملتهم؛

(ه) إدراج قواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المحرومين مـن الحريـة في تشريعاتها وممارساتها، لا سيما لكفالة اتخاذهم إجراءات فعالة لتقديم الشكاوى تغطي جميع جوانب معاملتهم؛

(d) In cases where deprivation of liberty is unavoidable, ensure that the conditions of detention are in full compliance with, in particular, the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty;
(د) أن تعمل، في الحالات التي يكون فيها الحرمان من الحرية أمراً لا مناص منه، على أن تكون ظروف الاحتجاز في توافق تام، على وجه الخصوص، مع قواعد الأمم المتحدة لحماية الأحداث المجردين من حريتهم؛

The United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Liberty indicate: " Personnel who have reasons to believe that a serious violation of the present Rules has occurred or is about to occur should report the matter to their superior authorities or organs vested with reviewing or remedial power. "
